Kaylene manages the Project team for The RBL Group.  She also manages programs and activities related to client assessments and custom client programs globally. With over 15 years of organizing and implementing client projects, Kaylene brings extensive experience dedicated to client success with leadership and strategic HR initiatives.

Kaylene has coordinated projects and events with Fortune 500 companies in a range of industries and countries including Australia, Canada, China, Germany, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, and others.

Prior to joining The RBL Group, Kaylene managed internal corporate programs and events and has been the Senior executive and personal assistant to CEO’s of both public and private corporations.
