Camilla currently serves as Managing Director for Europe at The RBL Group, where she oversees consulting and executive education programs delivered to global clients. Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, she brings a distinctive international perspective to her work, having studied, worked, and lived across diverse cultural contexts including the United States, Singapore, India, the Philippines, Japan, and Russia.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Camilla has established herself as a thought leader in creating results in an engaging and innovative manner. She joined The RBL Group after 15 years of successfully leading organizational transformations and developing HR functions and practices in some of Scandinavia's largest and most successful multinational companies. Her career path includes delivering results with truly multinational teams in start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, and established businesses.
Prior to joining The RBL Group, Camilla served as Vice President of an HR Centre of Excellence for ROCKWOOL Group, where she focused on transforming HR processes and tools to bring about sustainable organizational changes with bottom-line impact. Before that, she held senior HR leadership positions at Novo Nordisk, including Human Resources Director and CVP HR Business Partner, further developing her expertise in aligning HR strategies with business objectives in global organizations.
Her approach to consulting is deeply informed by her academic research and corporate experience. As she states, "I thrive in the intersection between business and HR. I love working with business and HR leaders who challenge their own thinking and conventional wisdom to bring about great business results." Camilla's solid academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Studies from Copenhagen Business School, which she published as "Differences that Matter." She also holds master's degrees in International Marketing and Management from Copenhagen Business School and in Business Administration and Communications from The George Washington University. Her international education includes bachelor's degrees from both Copenhagen Business School and The University of Texas at Arlington College of Business.
Beyond her consulting work, Camilla has authored several academic articles and has been active in academic circles as a Fulbright Scholar and convenor of the European Group of Organizational Studies. She maintains close ties to academia as a member of the Appointment Committee for Copenhagen Business School's Board of Directors and has served as an External Lecturer at the institution.
