Joe is the Managing Director of The RBL Institute – a think tank for senior HR executives from the world’s top companies. He is an expert in designing and developing research and education forums for senior HR professionals.
Prior to joining The RBL Group, Joe was the Director of Executive Education at The Concours Group (acquired by nGenera Corporation in 2007). During his tenure at Concours he led several leadership development programs for high potential HR and IT executives from the Global 500.
Joe also has a strong research background having served as a research analyst at The Research Board – one of the world’s leading think tanks for Fortune 200 CIOs and their direct reports. During his tenure at The Research Board, Joe served as the Program Director of the Human Resources Management Board – a forum for IT HR professionals, which included clients from some of the world’s top companies including Wal-Mart, JP Morgan Chase, Shell, DuPont, Hoffman LaRoche, and BP.
Joe earned his B.S. in Psychology from Penn State University and a Master of Social Sciences from The University of Chicago.
