This report contains the findings from Round 8 of the research study. It identifies the five critical competency domains HR professionals must have and answers the question “How can HR accelerate the business through advancing human capability?” The report also shows the ever-increasing importance of effective HR departments in creating value for key stakeholders.
The results simultaneously build upon insights from prior rounds and generate new insights for HR. This research can help HR professionals and departments learn how to utilize their expanding role to meet broader business challenges.
