Jaqueline Pérez

Senior Consultant

Jaqueline Pérez is a distinguished human resources strategist and talent development specialist with over 25 years of experience across multinational organizations in diverse sectors. Her expertise spans crucial areas such as organizational development, leadership development, talent management, competency models, experiential learning methodologies, and strategic HR business partnering—all focused on optimizing productivity while enhancing quality of work life.

Jaqueline currently serves as Senior Consultant for Latin America at The RBL Group, a global firm specializing in Strategic HR, Leadership, and High-Performance Organizations. In this role, she partners with clients to implement the most recent models and practices that optimize conditions for productivity and quality of work life for individuals, teams, and communities, ensuring focus on generating value for stakeholders.

With a solid academic foundation, Jaqueline holds a degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a Specialization in Human Development Management in Organizations from Universidad de la Sabana. She has further enhanced her expertise with numerous certifications including HR Business Partner training with The RBL Group, Executive Coaching certification from VK & Partners Lee Hecht Harrison, Organizational Culture Diagnosis and Management certification, WakeUp Brain Innovation Sessions certification, and training in experiential facilitation methodologies.

Throughout her distinguished career, Jaqueline has held leadership positions in human resources at prominent organizations including ManpowerGroup (Right Management), Grupo Konecta Colombia (HR Director), Hewlett-Packard (HR Specialist responsible for Selection, Training and Organizational Development), Suratep, Grupo Andes Farms, Atento Colombia S.A., Casa Editorial El Tiempo, Colsubsidio, Banco Uconal, and Colseguros.

As a consultant, Jaqueline has led numerous impactful projects, including virtual simulators for Leadership and HR Business Partners development, leadership formation programs for "New Generations" doctors at Novartis, career path profile updates for Terpel and CootraCerrejon, development of business management toolkits for USPE, alignment of management teams in transformation processes, implementation of quality management systems for HR, and design of customer service management systems.

Jaqueline's expertise also extends to academia, where she serves as a Professor for the Human Talent Development in Organizations Diploma program at Universidad de la Sabana since 2016. Her teaching focuses on practical applications of human resource strategies and talent development methodologies.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Jaqueline combines her extensive HR expertise with digital proficiency in tools such as Office, Ubits, Canva, Taleo, Mindmaps, Visio, Project, and digital communication platforms. Her approach emphasizes results-based leadership development and strengthening human resources strategies to align with business objectives.
