With over 30 years of strategic HR leadership in prominent organizations like American Tower, Mastercard, and Schlumberger, Horace has led transformative initiatives across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. His experience includes managing complex transformations, developing global HR Centers of Expertise, and aligning HR strategies with key business objectives, all of which have consistently fostered business growth and performance worldwide.
Horace is also a passionate advocate for inclusion, particularly integrating individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities into organizations. He serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Greater Miami and is a Global Ambassador for Best Buddies International.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Horace has lived and worked in various cities worldwide, including Brussels, Milan, Bucharest, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, and Minnesota. He is currently based in Miami, Florida.
