Gladys has over 27 years of experience leading human resources initiatives, designing and implementing managerial models and platforms that enable organizational changes.
She has experience in management consulting, financial, real sector, and service companies. She also has proven experience in designing and implementing organizational change processes.
For the past 15 years, she has held top-level HR roles in companies from various industries; first at Allianz, a multinational insurance company, then moving on to lead the organizational change process and HR perspective at Banco Agrario de Colombia.
Her last 8 years of corporate experience at Colsubsidio and Altra Investment established her as a corporate leader for companies known for being large employers and multi-businesses in the Andean region.
For the past 7 years, she has been the President of the Colombian Human Resources Association (ACRIP).
Gladys has a degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a Postgraduate degree in Human Management, Senior Management programs, and Professional Coaching.
