We will first conduct interviews with members of the leadership team and with key stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of the leadership team. We can also supplement these interviews with assessments if desired.
Working with the sponsor, we will then develop an agenda for and facilitate an engaging team development session that aligns participants to RBL's high-performing teams model.
Our High-Performing Teams module details the processes essential to building effective leadership teams. These processes include establishing meaningful purpose, implementing effective governance, building and managing relationships, and individual and team improvement.
Teams who don’t understand each other’s strengths and weaknesses can’t work together productively. This process will help you identify and address group weaknesses so that your leadership team can be greater than the sum of its parts.
