In a recent Human Capital Institute webcast, presenter Mark Nyman, co-author of the new book HR Transformation: Building Human Resources from the Outside In, discussed how organizations that do a good job at leadership hiring also do a good job at identifying organizational competencies. There was also discussion on how to implement a process where companies spend real time defining their target capabilities, leadership competencies, and brand to achieve new levels of performance.
