Dave has a passion for ideas with impact and in his writing, teaching, and consulting, he continually seeks new ideas that tackle some of the world’s thorniest and longest-standing challenges. He is considered the “Father of Modern HR’ and has been ranked as the “#1 Management Guru” by Business Week. He co-directs the Advanced HR Executive Program (AHREP) at the University of Michigan.
