Our HR Competency Assessments evaluate the performance of HR professionals in the competencies needed to be personally effective and contribute to business success. These competencies are based on the findings of the Human Resource Competency Study and include Strategic Positioner, Credible Activist, Change Champion, HR Innovator and Integrator, and Technology Proponent.
During the assessment, participants complete a survey evaluating their own capability as an HR professional and, depending on the type of assessment, evaluating the capabilities of their colleagues. Results of individual and collective competencies are then compared against global benchmarks.
The HR Competency Assessments help HR professionals learn how to utilize their expanding roles to meet broader business challenges. The survey results address both individual effectiveness and business drivers, not just effectiveness in delivering HR results.
Participants will learn which strengths to build and which weaknesses to bolster and be able to create a competency-based developmental action plan.
Knowing what contributions are most valued will help participants work more efficiently and effectively in their current HR roles.
Developing these competencies will help HR professionals expand beyond administrative duties and start creating competitive advantage for the organization.
The assessments are intended for HR professionals at any level in the organization.
Costs for the assessments are estimated on a per-participant basis with volume discounts available. Please contact us for specific pricing.
The assessments are conducted online and take between 15-30 minutes to complete.
Participants will be given their report at the end of the survey period or during the feedback workshop.
