Scott Harper - Business Development

Scott is the Leadership Business Development Director for RBL. He works with leadership client prospects to ensure that RBL is developing the leadership programs designed for their unique needs. He has been with RBL since the end of 2007 and has been involved in various areas of the company including product development, sales and marketing, and most recently the development and management of RBL Marketplace.

Background
Scott has been involved in the development of three companies in his “former life”. He was the founder and former president of Envision Technology Solutions for 14 years. He has worked with companies such as United Airlines, Walt Disney World, International Truck and Engine, General Dynamics, the state of Arizona, Yale, and many others in developing processes and technology solutions. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
