Ryan joined The RBL Group in May of 2008 as RBL’s IT Manager.  Ryan is known for his expertise in being able to troubleshoot complex technical issues even when he is helping someone in a distant part of the world.  His technical proficiencies include telecommunications, networking, IT operations, and technical support.  Since joining RBL, he has helped the firm to launch a new redesigned website with an online marketplace.  In his first year at RBL, he assisted the firm in saving over $40,000 in IT overhead costs while still providing a high level of service to RBL and its customers.
