Jayne is the Managing Director for the RBL Institute - a think tank for senior HR executives from the world’s top companies. With over 10 years of HR leadership, Jayne brings a different focus to the Institute, she is dedicated to a connecting Businesses and their talent to RBL’s thought leaders to advance the field of Strategic HR and Leadership.
Background
Prior to joining Boart Longyear, Jayne worked for General Electric (GE) where she graduated from GE’s HR Leadership Program and held roles ranging from plant HR management to executive HR client support leadership. In these roles, Jayne led succession planning, leadership development, performance management, staffing and development as well as front line employee support.
Most recently she was with a global mining business where she managed she held a regional HR Director role as well as ran their global performance management and leadership development programs.
Jayne earned a Masters of Organization Behavior from Brigham Young University and has over 15 years of results-focused experience working with leaders in Retail, Industrial Services, Mining, Security and Healthcare.
