Jay Baker - Assessment Coordinator

Background
Jay graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in business management. He previously worked for KBYU-FM—Utah’s Classical 89 radio station. He enjoyed being an on-air announcer and producing radio programs, as well as creating training material for radio production. Jay worked for several years training young men in leadership development as part of the National Youth Leadership Trainingprogram of the Boy Scouts of America. He also has experience teaching statistics, though he graciously and humbly leaves our more difficult analyses in the auspices of Mike Ulrich.

Area of Expertise
Jay currently works as the Assessment Projects Coordinator for The RBL Group. He works closely with the principals and project managers to ensure that RBL’s surveys and assessments are effective, efficient, and valuable for our clients.
