Background
Erin’s experience includes HR consulting in the area of organizational performance. She focuses on issues of change management, leadership development, and HR strategy. Her clients have included GM, Dana, TRW, Kodak, DTE Energy, and Steelcase.
Prior to joining the consulting world, Erin worked in publishing where she was involved in the acquisition and production of books by some of the world’s leading thinkers.
Erin has a B.A. in Political Science and an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School (now Ross School of Business).
Areas of Expertise
Erin is a director with The RBL Group where she works primarily in new product development.
