Mike’s background is focused on research methods and statistical analysis. He holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in statistics with emphasis on business analysis. Mike has experience in a wide variety of statistical methods, including multivariate regression, ANOVA, sample and survey design, structural equation modeling, Bayesian hierarchical models, mixed models, stochastic processes, experimental design, meta-analysis, and non-parametrics. He has worked on a variety of statistical projects from exit polling and election prediction to the relationship between job performance and satisfaction to the effectiveness of prerecorded lectures in academic programs.
Mike has been with The RBL Group since May of 2009 and has proven to be a valuable asset in analyzing and organizing our many research studies (including the HRCS, Leadership Code, and talent management research). He has worked with ADIA, NuSkin International, Ernst & Young, the Singapore Ministry of Manpower, and Pfizer, among others.
Mike is the parent of Dave’s sole grandchild and is grateful that Dave’s babysitting fee is SUBSTANTIALLY less than his consulting fee.
