Justin is the Managing Director of The RBL Institute and a consultant with the firm. He has over ten years of results-oriented experience leading global teams of all sizes and is passionate about creating innovative opportunities. Justin is dedicated to advancing the fields of Leadership and Strategic HR by connecting clients with practical tools, leading edge content, and opportunities to learn from each other.
Background
In the RBL Institute, Justin works with HR leaders in the top companies in the world, including P&G, Goldman Sachs, Intel, Unilever, Wal-Mart, J&J, Pfizer, Nokia, Coca Cola, IBM, Royal Bank of Scotland, BCN Paribas, The Gap Inc, Rogers Communications, and Takeda Pharmaceutical. The mission of the RBL Institute is to provide a forum for the world’s leading HR Strategists to generate ideas, share best practices, and participate in research. Participants have dubbed the RBL Institute as the world’s “#1 think tank” for human resources strategy.
Prior to joining The RBL Group, Justin worked for General Electric where he most recently had responsibility as a multi-site HR Manager and oversaw performance management, communications, union relations, leadership development and staffing. Justin is a top graduate of GE’s HR Leadership Program and worked in a variety of roles with GE including training and development at GE’s Crotonville facility and an operations role in Ciudad Juarez Mexico.
Justin earned an MBA with a focus in HR and organizational development and has also worked as a certified project manager and internationally as a researcher. Justin is fluent in Spanish and has lived in a number of countries, including Switzerland, Israel, Bolivia, and the Philippines.
