Prior to joining The RBL Group Jessica worked with Cisco where she created Cisco’s first global results-based strategy for their external events. She also consulted with various stakeholders within Cisco and provided analysis to promote data-driven decisions. Prior to that she worked at the McLean, Virginia-based consulting firm, BearingPoint. While there she managed the operations for BearingPoint’s Global Delivery Centers in India and China. She started her consulting career working on a variety of federal client projects including stand-up of a shared services center, budget & finance business process reengineering, and continuous process improvement.

Before completing her graduate degree Jessica was a live television sports producer of college football and basketball broadcasts for a regional network called SportsWest, a division of Bonneville International.

Jessica has an MBA and a B.A. in Broadcast Communications. She lives in Palo Alto, California.
