Warren Wilhelm is a consulting partner of The RBL Group. He has over 20 years experience in human resource management, leadership development, organization development, and large-scale organizational change.

Background
Warren taught full-time for five years in graduate business schools, and has been an industrial practitioner and executive for 14 years. He was head of organization and management development for Amoco Corporation and Vice President, Corporate Education for AlliedSignal, Inc. He currently teaches in executive and graduate degree programs at Thunderbird School of Global Management, the Cox School of Business at SMU, and the Melbourne Business School in Australia. He has taught in executive education programs for over 20 years, and published many articles in his areas of expertise.

Warren serves as President of the Global Consulting Alliance and has consulted with Bank One, GE, Honeywell International, SBC Communications, Skanska, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Stora Enso, ING Group, Frito-Lay International, and Goldman Sachs. He also serves on the Editorial Boards of the Journal of Human Resource Management and the Thunderbird International Business Review, and is Executive Director of the Global Learning and Development Network.

Warren has a BS in Psychology and Economics from Union College, and Masters and Doctoral degrees in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
