Kurt is Director of Instructional Design with The RBL Group, with expertise in the design of educational interventions, leadership and executive development, competency modeling, and the human resource value proposition.
He has worked with numerous clients, including DuPont, Amgen, Sandia National Labs, ConocoPhillips, Qualcomm, Fidelity Investments and OCBC (Singapore).
Background
Kurt consults with Fortune 500 organizations, and has worked across diverse industries such as consumer products, high tech, research and development, chemicals, oil and gas, and banking. His executive education and coaching work has taken him across the globe, including significant stints throughout Western Europe and in Singapore. In the consulting arena, he has been a partner, product development director, and subject matter expert in talent development and performance management.
Kurt has recently been a visiting professor of organizational behavior at the Marriott School of Business, BYU, where he earlier earned a Masters in Organizational Behavior. He continues to do research in the leadership of change in public accounting firms.
