The RBL Institute is happy to announce a new addition to our growing collection of intellectual property called "toolkits." The purpose of these toolkits is to provide our clients with access to short PowerPoint slides addressing key concepts from our Think Tank sessions along with brief video clips with Dave Ulrich describing the concepts in more detail. The toolkits help translate our theory into easy-to-use tools and also provide a nice summary of our Think Tank sessions and the associated frameworks discussed during these sessions. This new offering of the RBL Institute is an effort to provide accessible, straightforward tools to deliver value to your organization so we hope you sepnd some time exploring this new benefit of membership in the RBL Institute.
