To support regional growth and global clients, Dave Ulrich and Norm Smallwood held a reception for senior HR & business leaders to launch RBL Asia on August 2. Based in Singapore, the office is led by Laurence Smith and supports clients and drive growth throughout the Asia region. 

There was an opening by a VIP guest speaker, followed by Smith discussing “The origin and vision of RBL Asia, developing global Asian Leaders”. Next Smallwood addressed “RBL’s latest thought leadership in HR Transformation and Leadership Development”, with closing remarks by Ulrich addressing “Leadership: The Future Asian Export. Building your Leadership Brand”.
