People Matters is an annual conference organized by Singapore’s Public Service Division and Civil Service College. The conference served to bring leaders and HR practitioners in the Public Sector together to build shared understanding of good people management, increase the awareness of HR trends and developments, and promote HR best practices and tools from both the public and private sectors.
This years conference centered on the theme of HR Transformation, in order to heighten awareness within the Public Service of the need to restructure HR departments to better serve the evolving business needs of agencies.
