OUR PREMISE: Today’s challenging economic and competitive landscape is placing extraordinary demands upon corporations and their senior HR leaders. This is leading to a new set of challenges (and opportunities) for HR. There are elevated expectations of senior HR leaders now that they have earned a “seat at the table.” The C-suite expects HR to bring even more to the table, which will require HR leaders to learn and practice new, innovative ways of thinking about and adding value in the C-suite.
