Simplify, Simplify

When

Our Premise: We are living in a world of rapid change and increasing complexity, which is placing huge demands on every firm and their employees. Complexity often leads to higher costs, slower response times in decision making, and employees stretched to their limits. Corporations are focusing on efforts to simplify (e.g., by changing processes, organizational structure, and focusing on core products and services) to address these challenges. The hope is that these simplification efforts will result in elegant solutions that will not only improve business results but also lead to more productive organizations and engaged employees.
