SESSION OVERVIEW
Many of our RBL Institute members have asked us to offer our “human resources business partnership” or HRBP program for HR leaders and high potential professionals in Asia. This two-day version of the HRBP provides participants with practical frameworks, tools and techniques to operate as more strategic HR leaders and more effective business partners.

OBJECTIVES
HR’s role is to create value for the organization. When HR expertise meets organizational needs and opportunities, value is created. This session is to help you optimize the alignment of HR expertise, action, and organization value creation. The central question we will address over the course of this session is: How can we develop more competent HR leaders and professionals so that HR delivers greater value to the organization and its stakeholders?
