Jun 08, 2010

Our Premise: In the last decade remarkable changes have occurred in the way that HR departments in best-managed companies conceptualize their HR strategies. The common thread among such companies is their rigorous line of sight to sustainable business results. The purpose of this white paper is to examine the logic that companies use to frame their HR strategies in order to deliver sustainable results.

KEY QUESTIONS COVERED
• How do you frame your HR strategies that not only deliver short-term results but also create sustainable business results?
• What are the key constructs through which you link sustainable business results to HR practices?
• How do you engage business leaders and other stakeholders (e.g., customers, shareholders, employees) to confirm the linkages of your HR strategy to sustainable results?
